The ePrivacy directive article 5(3)(2) regulates the access to and storage of information on the end-user device. In order for an organisation to drop a cookie (or a similar technology) on the user’s device, an active consent is required for all data, including personal data.

JENTIS collects your first party data

First pillar of our legal proposition is the first party data collection. Customers are provided with an individual JavaScript and are also required to set an A-record (DNS Entry). As a result, JENTIS can be made subject to the exceptions under ePrivacy article 5(3)(2).
