  • Professional or project experience in web/software development with Javascript and/or PHP

The Job:

As our Sales Engineer you work directly at the intersection of our highly innovative tracking technology, our customers and our sales team. With your expertise in the field of web tracking, you will provide technical advice and support to our existing clients. Further you will support the sales team in meetings with potential clients. You are always up to date on client’s needs, challenges and goals. You are passionate about marketing technology tools and are able to communicate the potential of our approach to customers. Working closely with our developer team you also detect customer pain points and alleviate those through targeted problem-solving. You identify business opportunities and contribute directly to the development of our product and the growth of JENTIS.

You report directly to the founding team and make your own decisions. This independent working style requires high degrees of responsibility.

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of webtracking & performance marketing

  • Experience connecting to and making use of JS or REST APIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in web/software development with Javascript, HTML, CSS,
    Browser APIs, HTTP Standards
  • Minimum 5 years Experience with the deep implementation of tracking pixels
  •  Minimum 5 years Experience in working with tag management systems, Google Tag Manager is a must
  •  Minimum 5 years Experience with Analytics tools, Google Analytics is a must

Wie es abläuft

  1. Deine Bewerbung

    Die Zusendung deines CVs ist ein guter Start, was uns jedoch wirklich beeindruckt, ist eine authentische Nachricht von dir, wieso du denkst, perfekt zu uns zu passen, und wir perfekt zu dir! Wenn du in der nächsten Runde bist, geben wir dir innerhalb von 2 Wochen Bescheid via E-Mail und arrangieren ein Gespräch!

  2. Erster Call (~30 Minuten)

    Das erste Gespräch dient dazu, dir Einblicke in das Unternehmen, unsere Kultur und Arbeitsweise sowie die offene Position zu geben. Es ist ein erstes Kennenlernen und auch Abklären administrativer Details. Gerne beantworten wir dir hier all deine Fragen.

  3. Interviews (~30 Minuten)

    Im Zuge von (meist) 2 Interviewrunden sprechen wir mit dir über deine Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten, wollen aber auch gemeinsam den Team-Fit herausfinden. In diesen Gesprächen lernst du deine/n zukünftige/n Vorgesetzte/n sowie zumindest 1 KollegIn kennen.

  4. Finaler Check (~30-60 Minuten)

    Am Ende des Prozesses lernst du unsere CEOs kennen: Thomas und Klaus. Wenn alle Beteiligten übereinstimmen, dass wir perfekt zueinander passen, bleibt nur eine Frage übrig? Wann kannst du beginnen?

In welcher Form werden die Interviews stattfinden?

Wir nutzen Google Meets für die Interviews – du bekommst eine Einladung mit einem Link per Mail. Du brauchst hierfür nichts installieren oder registrieren – es klappt über jeden Browser. Wir nehmen COVID ernst und reduzieren daher vorerst persönliche Treffen auf ein Minimum. Wir besprechen diese dann situationsabhängig und individuell.
