Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at JENTIS, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success. You will work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.

Your focus will be on sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions across all levels, with a special emphasis on developers and technical roles. You will use your expertise to identify and attract top talent through multiple channels and ensure that we have a strong pipeline of candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

In addition to executing our current recruiting strategy, you possess a proactive mindset and a penchant for innovation, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table to attract the best talent.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting
• Ability to identify and attract top talent through multiple channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience with recruiting tech talent
