Country Manager Austria & Southeast Europe (f/m/d)

Full-time, Vienna

The Job:

As our Country Manager for Austria and southeast Europe you are responsible for developing and implementing our sales strategy in that area. You identify new business opportunities and enthuse potential clients for our innovative and unique product. You are passionate about marketing and authentically communicate the potential of our product with your well-grounded knowledge in performance marketing.

At the interface between our clients and the developer-team you contribute to the further development of JENTIS. By generating leads and trials as well as placing contracts you directly improve the growth of the company.

You report directly to the founding team and make your own decisions. This independent working style requires high degrees of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience and a good network regarding performance marketing
  • Experience in customer consulting and respectively sales of digital products and services
  • Technical expertise regarding marketing stack (Google/Facebook/Programmatic Advertising/..)
  • Independent and strategic thinking- and working style
  • Enthusiasm for web-technologies and data
  • Excellent german and english communication skills

The Job:

Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the development of our GDPR-compliant SaaS web tracking tool. You will support us on providing innovative and easy-to-use graphic user interfaces to our clients and implement new features.

In this context, you will contribute creative ideas, precisely prioritize requirements, and work together as a team to perfect and further develop our product.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the development of PHP/SQL/HTML/CSS/JS Software
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for design, UX, UI
  • Exceptional understanding of processes and correlations
  • Profound skills in APIs (RESTful, SOAP, JSON)
  • Fundamental skills in software architecture and relational design
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbally and in writing) – German advantageous but not required

Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the development of our GDPR-compliant SaaS web tracking tool.

You will work on our tracking technology, on data processing and support the development and optimization of new features.

In this context, you will contribute creative ideas, precisely prioritize requirements, and work together as a team to perfect and further develop our product.

Requirements:

  • Professional or project experience in web/software development with Javascript and/or PHP
  • Experience in dealing with additional web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, jQuery
  • Knowledge working with APIs (RESTful, SOAP, JSON)
  • Enthusiasm for web technologies and data
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (German is advantageous, but not required)
  • Experience with web analytics tools and tag management systems is a plus

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

How it works

  1. Your application

    Sending your CV is a great start, but what will really impress us is some honest words from you why you think JENTIS is a perfect fit for you, and you for JENTIS! If you are in the next round, we will let you know within 2 weeks via E-Mail and arrange a call.

  2. First call (~30 minutes)

    The first call aims at giving you more first-hand insights about our company, the way we work and the position you applied for. It's a first get-to-know-each-other and clarify administrative topics. You can already ask all your questions.

  3. Interviews (~30 minutes)

    During (usually) 2 interview rounds we will not only talk about your experiences and skills, but also find out together your personal fit to the team! In these interviews you will meet your future supervisor as well as at least one future coworker.

  4. Final Check (~30-60 minutes)

    At the end of the process you will meet the CEOS: Klaus and Thomas. If both sides are confident about our happy ever after, the only remaining question is: when do you start?

Good to know:

How will the interviews take place?

We use Google Meets for our Interviews – you will get an invitation with a link. No need to download or register anything – it works via any Browser! We are responsible regarding Covid-19, therefore we reduce personal interviews to the minimum and will discuss this individually with you.

 

What should I wear?

We don’t have a dress code – feel free to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in!

 

Why so many interviews?

As you see, we do quite a few interview rounds. Why? We choose really carefully who we hire, in order to create the most amazing team. So far it worked out great this way! And not only we want to be 100% confident with our decision. We also want to give you the possibility to learn as much about us as possible and meet different team members in order to give you an authentic impression on what you work at JENTIS will look like and to ensure that you will feel 100% happy with your decision!

 

What if I was not successful?

Sometimes it is just not the right timing for you and JENTIS. Even if it didn’t work out for a specific position, always feel free to come back later and impress us with what you learned or accomplished in the meantime!

 

Can I work remotely?

We don’t offer remote work at the moment. You should be based either in Vienna or Debrecen.
