Prof. Dr. Thomas Höppner is a Partner with the law firm Hausfeld, specializing in competition law in digital markets. He has spearheaded advertising related complaints against Apple and Google, leading to penalties in excess of EUR 6 billion. He is also a professor of law, teaching competition, IP and marketing law and has authored the book “digital advertising and the Google ecosystem”.
