Account Manager

As Account Manager, you will be an industry thought leader in data privacy, an expert in data quality, and an advocate for our customers within JENTIS.

As an Account Manager, you will be an industry thought leader in data privacy, an expert in data quality, and an advocate for JENTIS’ privacy-friendly technology. This includes providing strategic and operational advice to our top clients, both in person and virtually.

You will also work very closely internally with Sales, Customer Service and Marketing to ensure our customers have a consistently positive experience with JENTIS. You will work with our customers on new potentials (product adoption), ensure professional communication with our customers and be responsible for upsales, cross sales and renewals. Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are your benchmarks for success.

In addition to your customer-facing tasks, you will define processes for account management at JENTIS and report to the Head of Sales as part of your activities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of industry experience in the MarTech landscape (Google/Facebook/Programmatic Advertising/…)
  • Customer Success or account management experience in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Understanding of B2B buying centers at our customers
  • Passion for business, marketing intelligence as well as data protection
  • Sound understanding of account management processes
  • Excellent communication skills – both internally and externally
  • Excellent English and German language skills

The overpayment is based on your experience and qualifications.
